The long awaited Comandante MK3 is here!

Your previous version has already set standards. If you didn’t want to make any compromises with your hand mill, the Comandante MK2 was a must. The successor model took a lot of time to completely redesign the grinder. And so it came as expected: The Comandante C40 MK3 Nitro Blade immediately impressed the critical coffee scene and is a significant improvement of the grinder! An uncompromising focus on quality and grinding results remains the key to the development. Accordingly, the design continues to focus on clarity and perfect form.

The grinder – the heart of the Comandante

The grinding mechanism of the MK3 is completely made of stainless steel, which is manufactured in a patented process. The result: an extremely durable material in knife steel quality. The edges of the grinding discs are sharpened again after hardening and literally „cut“ the coffee beans. The grinder achieves an extremely precise and homogeneous grinding result with virtually no „fines“ (coffee fine dust) across all grinding grades. A small wheel on the underside of the grinder allows the grinding degree to be easily adjusted. The power transmission during grinding is optimal thanks to the double ball bearing. Grinding coffee by hand has never felt better or easier.

Der Preis hat mich gestört und lange abgehalten - schließlich hatte ich mich genug über preiswerte Mühlen - vielleicht war ja auch einfach nicht die richtige dabei -geärgert. Einfach toll

Alleine das Auspacken macht schon Spaß. Dann baut man die Teile der Mühle zusammen und stellt fest, dass sie einfach nur schön ist. Aber das ist noch nicht alles. Die Kaffeemühle liegt gut in der Hand und ist leicht zu bedienen. Und das Beste ist, dass sie schnell ein wunderbares Kaffeemehl erzeugt, mit dem ich endlich einen richtig leckeren Espresso zubereiten könnte. Bei dieser Mühle lohnt sich jeder Cent.
