Ethiopian Sunrise Coffee Beer

The light coffee beer: Together with the Berlin brewery Vagabund, we have created an outstandingly drinkable, smooth beer. Freshly roasted Yirgacheffe coffee is added to the beer along with oats. We thought: if oat milk harmonizes with coffee, so do oats and coffee beer. The result is a particularly smooth texture, a pleasant mouthfeel and a hint of cloudiness. While most coffee beers are dark, we opted for a pale. This allows the coffee to stand out, and the uncomplicated beer drinks perfectly for any occasion. Cheers!
